“Tolle Location, große saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal”

“My room smelled of the drain everytime I got back after a day out in city”

“Mycket bra ”

“Fint hotell med trevlig personal. Rummen var stora och rymliga, kanske inte helt optimalt planerade men definitivt fina!”

“Personel was kind but gave wierd info at times, like that the water would by shut off in the evening from 11pm and for 6 h and that the electricity was going to be off from 7 pm for four hours, but neither was off at 11 pm. Seems it happend earlier. Our room smelled funky and there was mold on the breakfast bread. Breakfast was not as advertised. The shower handle was broken, as well as the shower curtain rod. Coffee tasted nothing. Next time I would choose another hotel.”

“Great service, we got upgraded to a bigger room and received a free wine tasting at the hotel. Very good location, good breakfast and extremely helpful and friendly staff.”

“Great location. Nice people. Clean, comfortable.”

“Good hotel, great location but very basic amenities.”

“Centralt beläget, personalen trevlig. Frukosten utomordentlig. Stora rum. Rekommenderar.”

“Bra läge med reaturanger m.m. runt hörnet, ända negativa var mini baren som saknade vissa artiklar och som överlag vart undermåttlig. ”

“The hotel”

“Mycket prisvärt hotell med mycket bra läge. Inget speciellt och jag fick nog ett av de sämre rummen och städningen uteblev, men överlag tycker jag det är mer än värt det låga pris jag betalade.”

“Så fint och toppen!”

“We booked and pre-paid for 3 people to stay at IOTA. When we arrived we were given a room with a bed for 2 and informed that the 3rd person had to sleep in the armchair in the room, or pay an additional 50$ per night. After some discussions, given that we had reserved and paid for 3 people, the staff agreed to prepare a makeshift bed for the 3rd person. After the first night, we pointed out that the makeshift bed was not, to say it mildly, very comfortable, and thus not very sleep friendly....

“Most employees not really interested in helping”
