âWhat truly made my stay memorable, however, was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Every interaction was a pleasure. The front desk team was welcoming and efficient, and they went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations. The service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring my comfort.â
âVery nice hotell close to the center. Location could have been better but absolutely good for me. Staff was friendly although they have a long way to go to be truly serviceminded. Becauce of the pandemic the breakfast was not so good. personel didnt know what to do and some even gave orders to the paying customers. Pandemic or not the one who pays the bill has to have the final word.
Anyway the stay was pleasant and looking forward to come one day back.â

âIncredible experience! The hotel is perfectly locatedâI walked everywhere, from museums to markets. Breakfast was such a joy, especially sipping black coffee on the terrace with the whole city in view. The staff were angels ;) I needed to print boarding passes late at night, and they didnât hesitate. Room was cozy, clean, and so quiet. Felt like home, just with a better view and no chores.â

âCity centre, in comparison with other hotels, you donât need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. â
âFriendly and nice older ladies that run the hotel. The building look not so nice when you come in to the house, it look like private own apartments in the rest of the building. The hotel was on the 6 floor, the hotel entrance is ok, but who care when you dont live there. the room was very very nice and smal and cosy and a luxuary bathroom, one of the best room i stay in. The old ladies work there was very friendly and nice and helpful. The price and value you get is very very good can warmly...
