“We had a great short stay. The room was spacious for our family and clean. The staff were very friendly and the owner put on a lovely home made breakfast. A very warm and cute boutique hotel. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring Tbilisi, and the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Everything was convenient, and I really enjoyed my time here. It was a lovely place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!”

“One of the most helpful and welcoming receptions i have had. Felt like home. Nice, clean rooms. Beutiful view from the common area, which also has free wine. Would definitivly come back! ”

“My room smelled of the drain everytime I got back after a day out in city”

“The staff at the Unfound door is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great and the room was great!”

“My recent stay was highly frustrating, largely due to unfocused front desk staff and poor customer service. The receptionists made multiple careless errors, starting with issuing a defective room key that required an immediate trip back to the desk to fix. Later, a receptionist incorrectly validated my parking ticket, forcing me to walk all the way back from the garage and wait for her to finish a phone call just to correct her admitted mistake. The poor service extended to the rest of the...

“Friendly and nice older ladies that run the hotel. The building look not so nice when you come in to the house, it look like private own apartments in the rest of the building. The hotel was on the 6 floor, the hotel entrance is ok, but who care when you dont live there. the room was very very nice and smal and cosy and a luxuary bathroom, one of the best room i stay in. The old ladies work there was very friendly and nice and helpful. The price and value you get is very very good can warmly...

“Great location and room. Was a little bit tricky to find, due to sharing building witj other hotels and also looking a bit like a regular apartment complex. But well inside it was great!”

“Mycket prisvärt hotell med mycket bra läge. Inget speciellt och jag fick nog ett av de sämre rummen och städningen uteblev, men överlag tycker jag det är mer än värt det låga pris jag betalade.”

“ジョージア20代女一人旅でこちらのホテルを5泊利用いたしました。 立地はルスタヴェリ駅より徒歩約5~7分です。駅からホテルまでの道のりにはSPARという簡易的なコンビニ?やPasanauri(ジョージア料理のチェーン店)、他にもレストランが幾つかあり利便性に長けていると思います。 ただホテルの手前が結構な坂なのと、ホテル受付がエレベーターなしの3階なので大きな荷物があると大変です。(17kgのスーツケースを一人で3階まで挙げました笑...

“Personel was kind but gave wierd info at times, like that the water would by shut off in the evening from 11pm and for 6 h and that the electricity was going to be off from 7 pm for four hours, but neither was off at 11 pm. Seems it happend earlier. Our room smelled funky and there was mold on the breakfast bread. Breakfast was not as advertised. The shower handle was broken, as well as the shower curtain rod. Coffee tasted nothing. Next time I would choose another hotel.”

“Amazing stay, most comfortable sleep we had in Georgia and the staff were so helpful and lovely even helping us with the luggage”

“Nyrenoverade rum! Mkt fräscht.”

“Is it ok but the breakfast is zero gd and the manager is helpful but the staff are zero helpful”
