âThis was one of the best hotels we have stayed. It was so clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly all along the way. Fresh bread daily and stocked fridge. So personal and very welcoming. Recommendations for restaurants and shopping were spot on. I would highly recommend to anyone especially with a family. â

âThis is a very lovely ecuadorian style hotel, with very friendly staff. It has marvelous decorations all over, the beds are comfortable, the showers are hot. It does not have elevators, but the staff happily carried our bags to the third floor, where our room overlooked a plaza. The breakfast was made to order with a marvelous bowl of fresh fruit. âAbsolutely excellent! The hotel is located with a fantastic view, giving you an almost unreal overlook over the city. Quito is located 2850meter above sea level which gives this place a surreal âhigh up in the mountains â feel. David at the reception is fantastic, flawless English and always happy to help. âThis hotel really deserves its name, Friends. i canât remember the last time when I felt so welcomed. The reception is very helpful. i inmediately felt st home. There are some nice common areas if you donât want to be in your room. i loved the rocking chair outside my room. Breakfast was good too, with fresh fruit, juice, eggs, toast and coffee/too. Only minus is some street noice in the morning.â
