“Lovely property in a nice quiet spot in walking distance to lovely pun serving great food.”

“This is a mixed review. From the pictures given on expedia you are expecting a large hotel. It is not, it is a terraced house with multiple rooms in a run down area but having said that, the host was lovely, the property although needs work, is clean and tidy and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the tea/coffee and biscuits were a very nice addition. It has a large smart TV which has a great reception. I was pleasantly surprised”

“Ideally located on Yarm High Street. Clean and comfortable room and cottage. Helpful and friendly host.”

“We received a friendly welcome at the hotel and had the keys, layout and rules explained. Room was airy and a good size. Bed was comfy. As room was on road was a bit noisy with windows open. Very pleased and will recommend and use again in the future.”

“Absolutely beautiful room was immaculate hot tub was gorgeous staff were lovely would highly recommend and be re booking ”

“First time at the guest house got a lot more bookings coming up”

“Probably the friendliest hotel staff I’ve met. I felt more than welcome! It’s a cozy hotel in a small town and it was according to expectations. The continental breakfast could have had some more options. ”

“Great room, clean and tidy, just a bit noisy until closing time! Would stay again.”

“Rummet var alldeles för trångt för två personer, våningssäng jättelitet rum. Knarrig säng.”

“Great location & lovely spacious room. Communication was exceptional & everything was easy to understand. We would recommend staying here as it’s very quiet but so easy to get into Whitby & a few metres from the beach. We have already said we want to stay again.”

“Staying here was amazing. The room was just what I needed for my one night stay in Durham. The bus stop wasn’t far away and was very easy to get into the city center. I arrived a little bit early and they didn’t even flinch to get me into my room. Highly recommend!”

“I cant fault this stay in any way.location was perfect, amenities were spot on,and the wheel house, converted garage was done out emaculate with lovely add on,so.if I ever was stay in whitby again, this is where ide stay. Big thank you to the hosts.”

“Excellent stay and super breakfast prepared to order. ”

“Although a comfortable stay a few things were not to the standard that would warrant the room price. 1) only one pack of biscuits for two people not good 2) a significant number of cobwebs around the corners of the room, ceilings and floors 3) towels had marks on them 4) for a two night stay I would have expected the room to be cleaned, towels to be changed, clean coffee cups and coffee/biscuits replenished 5) no breakfast provided, I have stayed in cheaper places with breakfast provided. “Både puben och rummen var i ett otroligt fint skick. Snyggt och hemtrevligt. Maten på puben var riktigt bra och det var en genuint trevlig stämning på kvällarna med många bybor som kom och åt. Ägarna/personalen var måna om att allt var till belåtenhet. Detta ställe rekommenderas varmt!”

“Quiet comfy large room. Food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Läget är mycket bra, nära till staden samt ett vackert utsikt.”

“Trevligt. Lite för smala sängar i min smak annars jättemysigt”
