“Alojarnos aqui nos ha gustado mucho, camas y almohadas cimodas, utensilios de cocina suficientes, limpio, a pesar del viento y arena constante, ubicacion estupenda, no hemos usado la piscina ya que cerraban a las 18 hrs y llegabamos mas tarde de las excursiones ”

“The property is one of the best we have stayed in, well equipped and laid out with a large terrace. A very good kitchen and bathroom witn a great shower and there are plenty of power points. Wifi was very good/fast. Check in and out was well managed and went very smoothly. My wife and I highly recommend staying here.”

“Such a great property. Very spacious. Kitchen has everything you need and is very modern. Beds are very comfortable and the showers are very good. We didn’t use the pool as the weather didn’t warrant it and it was very cold. Lovely size though. The Outside space is great and the sunbeds are very comfortable.”

“The property is lovely, well appointed and just as described in the listing and pictures. Location is peaceful but close to the centre of town and beaches. Facilities are first class, with view of the sea and a nice open aspect at the rear. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!”

“If you're not into baking in the sun , this is the place for you . As mentioned in another review the balcony gets no sun . However the view is stunning .Listen to waves whilst watching the surfers paddle their boards out of the cove. The apartment stays cool ...all in all perfect for us .perfectperfect for us ..anwatch”

“maison propre et tres bien équipée, notamment pour bébé, piscine privee super et chaude l hiver, expo plein soleil, vue mer du 1er etage.! Piscine du complexe non chauffee, donc pas baignable l hiver. Distance 20 min a pied des plages”

“The villa was fantastic, and we all had a wonderful time. My only complaint was that the pool was absolutely filthy upon our arrival, with algae build-up around it. When we requested it be cleaned, we were told to wait four days until its designated cleaning day, meaning we didn’t feel comfortable using the pool at the start of our holiday. Additionally, the villa requires you to rent a car, which would have been useful information on the listing, as taxis were far too expensive for trips to...

“La maison est très bien placée, avec une vue magnifique. Elle est calme et bien agencée. Ni trop grande, ni trop petite, elle est idéale pour une famille de 4, chacun ayant son espace. Nous avons beaucoup aimé que la chambre parentale soit éloignée des 2 autres chambres. “Vacances en famille dans un petit paradis. Calme possibilité d’aller surfer à pied. Pour les visites touristiques tout est à 30 minutes en voiture.”

“Cette maison est un rêve. Tout y est. Tranquillité, espace, comfort. Le patio est très beau, et les terrasses des deux côté de la maison sont fabuleuses. Il y ausis un jacuzzi. Nous avons passé 12 jours de rêve. L'emplacement est parfait aussi pour visiter toute l'île.”

“Wir fühlten uns von der Agentur sehr gut betreut. Information zum Checkin kam aufs Smartphone und klappte super. Verwundert hat uns angesichts der knappen Wasser Recourcen der Insel dass Warmwasser erst nach minutenlangem warten zur Verfügung war. Probleme, wie zum Beispiel ein sehr schwaches WLAN wurden sofort, äusserst freundlich sowohl von der Agentur wie auch vom Vermieter zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Die Ferienwohnung empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter.”

“Am Rand von Guatiza gelegen, fanden wir eine ideale ruhige Unterkunft mit gräumigen Zimmern und einer Ausstattung die es ermöglichte, 12 angenehme Tage zu verbringen. Im Außenbereich 3 Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen und entsprechend Wind- und Sonnenlage auch die Mahlzeiten zu sich zu nehmen. Rolf war mir seinen Tipps und Anregungen ein dankbarer Vermieter.”

“Rolf and Sylvia were very helpful and recommended some local restaurants and placed to visit. Property was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water in the shower but unfortunately not in the kitchen. Garden was lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the bench at the top of the hill with a glass of wine or beer.”
