The Space

Located at the corner of the Shook Akarmel, in a modern new building. While you can enjoy coming home to a part of the city’s heritage, the apartment’s interior is completely renovated to the latest standards. The atmosphere inside combines the sea breeze's freshness and modern appliances; featuring 1 bedroom, a bright salon, and an ample open kitchen. Last, there is a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or spend a relaxed afternoon drinking coffee or wine while reading a book. The apartment is wonderfully located, take a 3-minute walk to the beach and then come back to enjoy this beautiful home.

There is a shelter room (one of the bedrooms is a mamad in hebrew).

The parking is a parking elevator, the size of the car must be a maximum 1,5 m of height .

The neighbourhood

Kalisher Street leads to the promenade from almost Rothschild to the beach. Located at the corner or the Shook Akarmel, you can go for some shopping, buying a fresh juice or try one of the Shook restaurants. Take a 5-minute walk to the Carmel market and get lost in the narrow streets leading to it, where you can find authentic little restaurants and shops.

The bed and bath essentials, high-speed WIFI connection with Cable TV channels + VOD, Coffee machine, and even a hammock for the gorgeous terrace! Our concierge service is also at your complete disposal, we are here to help you with anything you might need during your stay.

🍲 Plata (Hot Plate): Available upon request for an additional 70 NIS (delivery fee). Please let us know in advance if you need one arranged for your stay!


You'll need to fill in an online form to receive all your arrival and departure information, including a passport photo and a selfie photo. Then you will receive all check-in details.
