The Space:

✔️ Fully equipped kitchen with a 5-seat dining table and a water bar offering both hot and cold drinking water.

✔️ Spacious living room with high ceilings, a cozy lounge chair, sofa, and a 65" 4K smart TV. The sleeping arrangement in the living room is a single bed that we prepare upon request (the sofa cannot be used as a bed).

✔️ Balcony with a refreshing sea breeze, stunning views of the Mediterranean, and a 5-seat round dining table—perfect for enjoying dinner while watching the sunset.

✔️ First bedroom (main level) has a full-size double bed (140x200 cm), ceiling fan, wardrobe, smart TV, and an ensuite full bathroom.

✔️ Second bedroom (upper level) with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), large wardrobe, smart TV, and an ensuite full bathroom with a washer & dryer.



🛌 Sleeping Arrangements:

* Each bedroom accommodates 2 guests.

* A comfortable single bed can be prepared in the living room (the sofa cannot be used as a bed).

* A baby crib is available for infants under 2 years old upon request.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is right by the beautiful Acadia Beach (adjacent to Dan Accadia Hotel)! Great restaurants, cafés, and Herzliya's marina and shopping center are within walking distance. A 5-10 minute drive will take you to shopping malls, and Herzliya's train station, and in 20-25 minutes you're in Tel-Aviv's center. This area is one of Israel's most prestigious and sought-after locations, called Herzliya Pituah, where you enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying close to the center of attention.



Getting Around:

The apartment offers a private parking spot in the building's lot, a rare convenience for beachfront properties in Israel. Paid street parking and nearby parking lots are also available. Bus stations, just a 5-8 minute walk away, provide easy access to lines heading to Herzliya's train station in about 15 minutes.

⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️

1️⃣ Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 18% VAT, which is not included in the listed price. Tourists (non-Israeli passport holders) may be exempt from this VAT by submitting photos of their passport and a valid B2 Stay Permit issued at passport control at the airport. Check-in instructions will be provided only after payment of the VAT or submission of the required documents.

2️⃣ The swimming pool opens on April 15th. Swimming pool availability is subject to the decisions of the building's management; therefore, exact opening and closing dates may vary based on their decisions and the weather. Generally, the swimming pool operates seasonally - from April through October.



* Late check-out on Saturdays (Motzei Shabbat) is possible for an additional fee.



House Rules:

* Smoking is strictly prohibited.

* We do not host groups of friends.

* Loud music or noise is not permitted at any time.

* On the day of arrival, access to the pool is not permitted before the official check-in time.

* On the day of departure, use of the pool is not allowed after check-out time.
