I learned from a local client after our stay how much effort had been put into redeveloping the immediate area by the owners, and now realise how much credit is due to them in keeping the area around the Ironbridge national relic so well kept. Any quibbles about finding the place and the car park are to be expected in such a place, follow the instructions to the letter and it's fine. “Great stay at the Foundry Masters House for a house hunting expedition. Hosts were so welcoming and gracious, even with an unexpected very late arrival. Fantastic cooked breakfast, very good meats from local area. Room was comfortable. Bed very supportive and lovely clean pressed sheets. Bathroom was spotless. Only very minor point was carpet was a little worn and stained. Overall, a really lovely experience and the most wonderful hosts. ”

“What a beautiful place. Sue was a fantastic communicator and texted me the details the day before to ensure an easy check in process. When we arrived, wow!! The outside of the property is like a post card idyllic. The inside was absolutely beautiful also. All original flooring with a modern twist. Room was clean, welcoming and just stunning. Really loved the window shutters. All our needs were catered for down to the fresh organic milk which was simply divine. We decided we didn’t want to leave...

“A very informal AirBNB in enormous family home. Hosts were very friendly, informal and keen to help. Full Breakfast was fabulous - I haven't seen a Hostess Trolley since 1983 and the croissant and granola yoghurt were lovely! Bed was very cosy and view from window stunning. Short walk or drive up to the rocks. On the negative side, en suite shower/loo/sink is very small and some of its finishes could be quite a bit better. Renovation is obviously still a work in progress, especially outside....

“For the money it’s great could have done with a blind as if you open the curtains everybody can see in so we didn’t the whole time which made it quite depressing but like I say that is it apart from that it was great thank you ”
