Location is convenient to everything especially the festival grounds, downtown and the lift. We stayed in room #9. The room was clean and well maintained. You just need to realize it is a very small loft unit with a bed and dresser upstairs and the bathroom and a two seat couch downstairs. The bathroom sink is actually in the living room. There is a shared living space on the first floor with a kitchen. It was nice to have breakfast provided.

Great Place to stay

Would definitely stay again. Cozy, walking distance to everything, nice breakfast are with homemade foods and late night cookies.

We were surprised at the physical layout of the accommodations. It was much smaller than expected. The sleeping loft was quite cramped. The only sink was in the middle of the small sitting area downstairs not connected in any way to the bathroom. Perhaps we missed these details in the property description but others may as well. The location was excellent.

Great Lodge. Excellent location!

Nice warm and friendly lodge so close to the Oak Street Lift and gondola. The breakfasts were yummy! Duncan was great. The room is small. Need a few more hooks on the wall. We loved it, we'll be back!

Great location

Good location. The rooms are a bit small and it doesn’t have a coffee table, which would be nice for a couple of meals we had in the room but not necessary. The hot tub is clutch and wooden. The parking is a bit scarce close to the room, if you’re lucky enough to get an angled spot, otherwise your walking a bit to find parking.

Excellent location, nice shared deck/kitchen overlooking stream was gorgeous but the unit was almost too small for 3 close friends with bathroom sink in living area along with small love seat foldout taking up all the downstairs space.

Old and dated with great location

This unit is very very small and needs some more updates. The bath was ok and looked to be updated. The entire building was sleepy but the location was great. Nice outside porch. No continental breakfast as advertised.

Dream vacation - Open your door to adventure

Prompt and professional communication with Alpine Lodging when question about iron arose... Cozy and humble accommodations... Very comfortable bed... So close to everything... We walked most of the time! We will definitely be back.

Lovely stay in Telluride

Wonderfully convenient place to stay. Our room was perfect for 2. Would stay there again in the future. Hopefully the hot tub will be open again at that time.

Great Location

It was a great location. The property was dated and we could hear the neighbors clearly, but worth it for the location. An alarm went off both mornings we were there, not impressed.
