“Vi blev besvikna med detta lyxhotel; vi kom kl;14:15min. och stod i kön för att checka in. Det stod 3 före oss och det var 2 personaler som tog emot gäster. Det tog så långe tid att checka in varje person. När det var väl vår tur att checka in, efter flera minuter hackande på datorn. Våran rum var inte klart och klocka närmade sig 15:00. Vi lämnade bagage och gick iväg för att äta lunch, vi hittade en bra restaurang inte så långt från hotel. När vi kom tillbaka kl:16:10 tog lite tid att...

“We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is big and beautiful with beautiful views over Georgetown! The restaurant on the top is gorgeous and pretty good priced for its beauty. Within walking distance you can find lots of restaurants and shops! The staff is very nice and helpful and the hotel was clean, comfy beds with everything you would need in here. I would recommend this :) ”

“Staff was friendly. Rooms were not large but adequate in size and very clean. Place looks updated not rundown. Hotel slippers were nicer than most hotels. Buffet breakfast good value with access to healthy choices like salad, cooked vegetables, oatmeal, eggs, fresh fruits ”

“The place itself is a beautiful old building with window shutters, old dark wood details and in some rooms I think also wooden walls. The courtyard is super quaint and I spent many torrential downpours there, under cover, enjoying the tropical weather. There is no breakfast available, but there are places close by. The area itself is not special as such, BUT it is still walking distance to most things and the free CAT bus towards Armenian Street and Central 'touristy' Georgetown leaves from just...

“The hotel was new, service was good, it was a 5 star stay. There is currently a small construction site next to the hotel at the moment, a little noisy when swimming, other than this I would recommend this hotel.”

“+Awesome location, extremely friendly staff. -Rooms kinda small (14m2) and slightly rundown. If you're going to spend a lot of time in your room, get one of the bigger rooms or get a bigger room elsewhere. If you'll mostly be sightseeing all day long and just sleep in the room the room size is quite tolerable.”

“Ac fungerade dåligt,slog av varje timme (energisparande)vi bad om hjälp med inställning men det hjälpte inte. Litet rum,heltäckningsmatta i delar av rummet ej fräscht.Gångavstånd till det mesta.Frukosten gick att äta ingen höjdare .”
