This home features a warm, inviting floor plan with a spacious shared living room and kitchen. The living room features wooden chairs with plush cushions and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen has a tiled wrap-around breakfast bar with eight wooden barstools and all the essential appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, a stove and oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer gorgeous garden views. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a private patio, and the third bedroom can sleep three people between a single bed and a bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This property’s showstopper is the stunning backyard, which features a beautiful wrap-around terrace with tons of wooden outdoor furniture, including couches, rocking chairs, loungers, and barstools. We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs), accompanied by a recent photo. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Located between the towns of Potrero and Flamingo, Surfside is an eminently walkable village where the beach is never more than a few blocks away. Several tour offices offer a variety of adventures by land and sea, and real estate offices will be happy to show you your next home in paradise.
