Large glass doors and multiple west-facing terraces allow natural light, ocean breezes, and sunsets to become part of everyday living.



The Space



Casa Olas is a two-story house designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area flows directly onto a spacious ocean-view terrace featuring a private plunge pool.



The home is fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

• Third Bedroom: Two twin beds, built-in storage, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and private street-level entrance from Calle Virginia

Location & Lifestyle



From the house, it is an easy walk through pedestrian-friendly streets to Playa Danta, the Beach Club, restaurants, cafés, shops, and scenic plazas. Las Catalinas is a fully walkable, car-free coastal town with 24-hour security, designed for a relaxed and active lifestyle surrounded by nature.



For shorter stays, a car is generally not necessary within Las Catalinas. For longer stays or families planning to explore the wider area, we recommend renting a car, as it provides greater flexibility and makes it easier to access larger supermarkets and amenities outside the community.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo & conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable). These items are provided as a starter supply.

• Access within the two-story home requires stairs, as there is no elevator.



• Parking for one vehicle on the Las Catalinas parking lot (approximately 550 m away) is currently free. As it is managed by a private company, this may change at any time without prior notice.



• The primary guest must be 21 years or older to book.



• This home is intended for responsible groups. Parties and events are not permitted.



• Smoking is not allowed on the property.
