Las Catalinas is located on a majestic 1,100-acre property, an architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.
The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that youâll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee.
