“From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel like we were the only guests there. They were so wonderful and accommodating. Literally the only reason I did not give this place a five-star is because their pillows were absolutely terrible LOL I know that sounds so petty but it was like sleeping without one would have been better. “Air conditioning good. King sized bed wonderful. The NOISE was atrocious w/bell sounding every 10 mins for rail bus!!!! Sirens alarmingly loud as was drag racers. NO sleep 1st night due to all this. Second night a few hours of sleep. IF stayed there again would ask for ear plugs & to be put in farthest back room too🙏”

“The property is worn out, dirty, and is poorly kept ( other than the main area). My room smelled like a combination of sweat and marijuana. The whole place needs paint and carpet. They are grossly understaffed. With that said, the staff was WONDERFUL! They were friendly and worked so hard, trying to keep everyone happy. ”

“I truly liked this hotel, but the rooms are quite small and the AC placed pretty close to the bed other than that I truly have nothing else to say that wouldn't do a stay here perfect for you. It is placed in a cute area too and the staff is very polite. Was only supposed to stay for one night but we extended our stay, that itself is a high review I would say :) ”

“Zero staff. Took a $40 cash deposit that was supposed to be returned the next day at checkout. No one available when trying to checkout. Waited around for 2hrs and nobody showed. A big scam! Tried contacting with no success. People banging on door and trying to get in middle of night. Again no staff. Sheets not clean and smoke detectors disabled???”

“Best hotel to stay if seeing Cubs spring training. You can just walk to and from the stadium and to see the training. Hotel is super clean and spacious and rooms are sound proof. ”

“The room was clean and cool. I loved the rooftop but it is hard to access as only one elevator goes up there and the wrong one comes often when you call them to go up. Also, propane was out in all of the table fire pits. Except one that went out after our first night. The pool firepit worked and was nice. Gym was cool and organized. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful from the front desk to Leo in housekeeping. I would stay again. Perfect location and area.”
