Pro's and cons with this place. Pros: * Good breakfast * Close to airport by car * Nice greeting and excellent service from valet staff * Nice rooftop bar Cons: * Requested high floor, ended up on 1st floor. Arrogant staff in reception. * Broken shower in one of rooms. * No late checkout 15:00 without fee of 60-80 euro per room * You have to eat outside complex, there is no space in restaurants, no info on that. * Overcrowded breakfast * No working TV in 1/2 rooms, they dont fix this even though we ask. * Housekeeping wakes you up at 0745 on a saturday? * No minibar at 5-star? * Hard Rock Hotel - plays lounge music, bossa nova and reggea???? ;) A JOKE. Overall a great disappointment.

Fantastiskt hotell
Fantastiskt hotell med bra rum och fin utsikt över havet. Maten var genomgående av mycket hög kvalitet och välsmakande. Minus för störande oljud i restaurangen. Spelas dessutom ganska hög musik i alla gemensamma utrymmen.

Bekvämt och härligt hotell
Riktigt trevligt och välskött hotell med bra service och faciliteter. Sköna och rejäla sängar och den bästa hotelldusch jag haft på alla mina resor. Vi hade rum med stor altan med viss havsutsikt. Rummet är snyggt designat och man har två handfat + jacuzzi ute i det stora rummet medan toalett och dusch är i separata rum. Wi-fi, smart-tv och bluetooth-högtalare ingår också. Hotellområdet är riktigt mysigt och rent och även om det är rejält kuperat finns det hiss till allt för den som så behöver. Poolerna är också fina och den stora poolen är mycket trevlig att hänga vid och det var gott om plats när vi var där. Stranden som hör till hotellet är liten och rejält stenig. Frukostbuffén är rejäl och gillar man sötsaker är man i paradiset. Vi provade 4 restauranger (Narumi, 3rd Half, Beach Club och Montauk) och var mycket nöjda med allt förutom en kötträtt på Montauk som var en riktig besvikelse. Värt att veta är att man behöver boka bord till många av restaurangerna även om det inte är fullbelagt och jag rekommenderar att man bokar lite tidigare än man tänkt. En av få saker som inte fungerade superbra. Servicen på hotellet är annars riktigt bra som förväntat, men engelskan varierar en hel del. Att se solnedgången med en drink i handen på skybaren The Sixteenth rekommenderas varmt! Utanför hotellområdet är det inte mycket till utbud, men det är enkelt att ta sig till andra ställen om man vill, taxi står t ex alltid redo.

Sometimes the music is too loud 😉 by the pool which slightly spoils the peace - I wonder if there can be an hour a day with peaceful, quieter music. My only serious complaint is the huge amounts of air freshener that seems to be pumped out in many areas. Is that necessary by the sea? Fresh air smells are better.

Das Hard Rock Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, ist eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage und die Zimmer sind auch sehr groß, modern und schön. Das Buffet war sehr gut, auch morgens gab es ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, nur zu empfehlen.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, leider kann man in der gesamten Hotelanlage mit dem Kinderwagen oder Rollstuhl schlecht fahren. Man muss immer den Fahrstuhl nutzen, was zu längeren Wegen führt. Außerdem stehen die Sonnenliegen sehr eng zusammen. Das Essen ist sehr gut.

We were unaware we had VIP access right from check- in which felt rushed, confusing and uninformative about the services the hotel actually had to offer. Didn’t want to keep relying on the app. Food and staff made the hotel!

Hard Rock Hotel lived up to its reputation, friendly staff, good food, excellent room. Nothing was too much trouble. Arrival was trouble free and the guy, sorry forgot his name, was one of the best I have come across, so friendly and helpful. We where given an upgrade to a suite, thank you. As we where early we parked our bags and grabbed a coffee in the Constant Grind and chilled. Will certainly be looking to stay in other Hard Rock Hotels on our future trips.

The hotel is situated in Playa Paraiso its a very quiet village with only a few restaurants. We hired a car luckily we had free parking included with Expedia. The rooms were large however had no privacy given the open bathroom. Cleaning was hit and miss sometimes good other times bad. Carpets everywhere needed a good Hoover. There was a good choice of food at breakfast however it was so busy, you couldn’t even hear yourself talk. Towels were often threadbare in both the room and the pool at which you could only get one towel in exchange for a card given at checkin. The teen club was only open until 7pm, far too early and the football pitch had a hole that was a trip hazard. The entertainment was sporadic at best. This hotel is at most a 4 star.

It was very good BUT we had to wait until after 3pm and I had to go up to ask again even though they said they would call / email me neither happened. I also got offered nothing for my Expedia gold (highest level) status although this seems to be a theme when I book anywhere with my status….i really have had nothing for being gold….

Love the Hard Rock. Great music 🎵 and a great vibe. We ate in the sushi and itialian restaurant. We also used the 11 am bus to Las Américas. Antonio at the beach club was super and introduced me to grapefruit slice in a glass of rose ! Bravo ! Roca Negra nearby is also worthy of a visit. Plenty of supermarkets and shops and a nice promenade walk north. Everything you need is here but it’s also a short cab to other areas.

The hotel looks great and the rooms are clean and very comfortable however ridiculous all inclusive does not mean all inclusive i.e. cannot order food from bar area between 1pm-3pm and certain items which you would expect to get are extras e.g cornetto ice cream and cranberry juice. Staff are excellent and friendly however hotel seems to be extremely understaffed so at certain times it can take ages to order at the bars. My kids loved the the kids and teens club and spent much of the day here

It was a very enjoyable stay. The only thing that was annoying was when the evening entertainment was on, parents let there children run round and round the stage,which was very disacting. I feel there maybe should be a polite notice asking them to respect others and the entertainer.

An sich ein schönes Hotel. Sehr groß und dementsprechend wuselig. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet. Mit der Reinigung ließ ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. Das Hotel is aber sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Nicht gefallen hat uns die extreme Lautstärke in der Lobby beim Check In. Man musste sich gegenseitig fast anschreien und hat die meisten Dinge der Emfangsdame nicht verstanden weil es so laut war. Weiterhin fanden wir die Tischzuweisung beim Frühstück überhaupt nicht gut. Obwohl sehr viele Tische am Morgen noch frei waren, konnte man sich nicht hinsetzen wo man wollte. Das Personal war auch auf gar nicht mehr freundlich wenn man woanders sitzen wollte. Vielleicht finden das ja aber manche Leute gut. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Es ist abends sehr laut, Party und Lifemusik. Wenn man die Zimmer auf der falschen Seite hat, muss man da durch, ob man will oder nicht. Auschecken geht bis 12 Uhr, ab 11 waren unsere Zimmerkeys deaktiviert , was ärgerlich ist, wenn man noch am Pool war … die Musik ist grundsätzlich überall zu laut

We had a perfect week at the hard rock hotel. Stayed all inclusive which i definitely recommend if you are able to. Really enjoyed the opportunity to eat at the different a la carte restaurants included. Would definitely recommend the beach club for lunch and the 3rd half for watching football. Lovely pools, it was great having the choice of different ones and the sun terrace is great for relaxing. The rooms were spotless and wouldn’t change a thing about them. Loved the music and atmosphere. The staff made the hotel, they were all so friendly and helpful, especially Joel who was amazing. Hope we can come back soon!
