“Everything went fine. The check-in process was totally on me. And the only thing was I took it as it was a 2 bedroom, which it ended up being totally fine. I guess if need be the couch pulled out. But it ended up just being 2 of us staying there, so it was all perfect, thanks so much.”

“Family of 4 stayed 4 nights. Residence was clean and comfy. Kitchen items were grewt as we cooked in house a lofmof the stay. Shower was awesome. The red heat loggt was a bonus. Nice having a washer/dryer. Only hiccup was that the freedom pass is not included so we were not able to use the athletic club with indoor pool etc. That would have made our stay even better. Overall a great location tonother amenities within a shower drive or walk.”

“This was a comfortable condo with good amenities. There is a very cramped space identified as a balcony (2 chairs) and no lake view. There are also many (more then 40) steps that you need to manage to get from the parking to the entrance to the condo building, then the condo located on the second floor of the building. This is very challenging for anyone with mobility concerns or carrying luggage, etc. and there was no mention in the write-up. ”

However it does not. I communicated with the owner and he was quick to respond. However, they do provide several fans to cool the rooms. The location is great and it is pet friendly. We recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future! ”

“Great little condo, cute and cozy. Affordable place 15 minutes to great ski mountain. The little mountain there wasn’t really open, unfortunately. However, the did state that next season the maybe getting snowmaking abilities. I would definitely recommend.”

“The owner was exceptionally interactive (in a good way) with me between scheduling and assuming the rental. The rules and such were clearly articulated in advance, and provided not less than 24 hours prior to arrival, and a book was provided with instructions and area familiarization pamphlets. The rental sits on the second floor. A cypher lock made entry and exits an easy task, but auto-locks within 10 seconds of opening making it highly secure for single travelers. “Condo was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our dog. We could have fit another couple there comfortably. We like to do a bit of hiking so this was conveniently located near Rt 93 to head north for all the foliage hikes. Approx 20 minutes to Franconia Notch and 1 hr to Crawford Notch area. The place was clean, bed was comfortable.
