“First of all, the attention of Isamar at front desk was great from the time i make my reservation.Then when myself and my wife meet her she was so profetional and she make us have one of the best expirence in our special event vacation.She received us with nice decoration at our room.Honestly i recomended her and the hotel to stay. 100%”

“The room was somewhat clean, but the coffee pot was dirty. There were no batteries in the safe. The only furniture in the room was a bed. We asked for a suitcase stand, and one was provided. We said the room was very cold, but the temperature control was locked. Someone from the desk arrived with a key to open the thermostat to change the temperature, asking what temperature we wanted, then locked it again. The register near the ceiling blew cold air on the bed all night. By morning, we couldn't...

“The WiFi stopped working the second night and they did nothing to fix it, they blamed it on the weather despite they themselves had WiFi connection in the lobby. I had som important errands to do online and I couldn’t. So unprofessional!”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. Was not what I saw in the pictures! Never again! From mice to roaches, mold, ceiling chips falling on your head. And ridiculous Rules! ”

“We had a comfortable 2 nights here. It’s very expensive to stay here - breakfast was $26 per person and evening meals were on the pricey side. The bar meals were good but had limited hours. We were disappointed that the beach wasn’t great. It was very busy over the weekend. We would consider staying here again but would check other options. ”
