"Stort och fint rum. Bra läge, kort promenad till Florence sevärdheter. Bra AC även om den var avstängd när vi kom till hotellet, men vi satte igång den för att få ner värmen i rummet och då blev det svalt och skönt. Rent förutom en stor fläck vid dörren. Incheckningen fungerade utmärkt fast vi kom efter receptionen stängt."

"Positivt: Fantastiskt hotell med mycket gammaldags charm. God frukost. Fin inredning. Supercentralt, men också mycket buller från gatan och torget. Negativt: Vårt rum luktade mögel (liksom i receptionen) så vi försökte sova med öppet fönster, men då bullrade det istället."

"The location of this hotel is ideal, right next to all the sights but yet on a narrow alley that is quiet at night. I am very satisfied but here are still some pros and cons: Pros: - Location! - Very clean and tidy - Very reasonable price point - Hot water was always available Cons: - Sound carries to room from street but,again, it’s a small and not busy street. - No bed toppers, you sleep on the mattress - Shower water sprays into the bathroom. A plastic curtain would help a lot. - Breakfast is thin but better than nothing So.. It’s not the Hilton, but you don’t pay Hilton prices either. The location alone would make me choose this hotel again. "

"Great place. Downside is that you need to take a bus to and from central Florence unless you really enjoy long walks. We arrived after darkness had set in (late November) and struggled a bit finding our cabin in the dark. It was however super clean and tidy and well maintained. The staff is very nice and friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle bus service several days to get into Florence and it was perfect. Always on time and the driver was super nice and cheerful. There’s a military area next to the camping site and sometimes they play sounds over their PA-system. Once in the morning and once in the evening I think. One of the sounds was the italian anthem. The sound is only a minute or so and we just thought it was fun but if you’re very easily disturbed maybe you’ll be annoyed by this. The hotel has a supermarket that has everything you need in terms of food and a restaurant. All in all a great hotel/camping site. And as I said, the only real downside is the location but if you arrive by car I guess that’s probably a good thing as driving in the city centre is quite chaotic."

"A nice hotel but perhaps somewhat small rooms, the “suite” is only about 30’m2. Unfortunately a negative experience for many was the roof terrace where many guests were turned down even when tables were free due to “reservations”. They had overbooked of course, and even we who had a reservation had to leave after an hour. A 20-something girl with a narcissistic personality in charge. Not ok. "
