“For several days before our arrival, I sent multiple messages, through Vrbo, AND the host’s website email to the host, asking for entry instructions. No response. We were in Japan and I had no way to call the host. So I did several long live chats with Vrbo asking them to actually CALL the host via telephone because I was suspicious of them not responding and nervous about being able to get in as we were arriving late at night. “NEED TO KNOW: this is more of a self checkin airbnb rather than a hotel. The hotel forgot to send me the check-in procedure and it took a while to reach them. The apartment is large, well equipped, but half finished. You see wires hanging out of the wall. The place wasn't vacuumed for a while and the bed was full of hair, so I'm not sure how frequently they wash the bedding. Still better than a hostel though. Overall, very shady... Wouldn't recommend unless you're on the budget and need to...

"Near Hanoi Airport: Paragon Noi Bai Hotel and Pool 5 minutes from the airport Close to the airport, good pickup and drop-off service. Many local restaurants around (Vietnamese). Dinner at two different ones, including the one on the same street in the corner down the left, great food. The breakfast, ok, there was what you needed. Nice and service-oriented staff at the hotel. Rooftop pool with a view of the airport. Very fresh. Clean and fresh hotel including the room. "

"First of all i have my VIP access booking but the staff did not offered me directly my access. I asked for what includes in my booking and asked if theres some drinks. - Was told the restaurant was closed to 17:00H took time to get some food to be served like took 90 minutes. - Spa is closed coz its Tet nothing special. - The reception informed that breakfast is at 7:00 am upon check in. The next day we try to get to the breakfast area but the reception stop us and says it is 08:00 am so we need to leave early as we have a booking at 08:00 am. The following day saw a sign that breakfast start at 07:00 lots of misleading information from the reception. This property shouldnt br included jn the VIP access selection. "
