"The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful wooden interiors and a stylish, fresh design throughout. Everything feels very clean and well-maintained. The service, food, and pool area with the pool bar are all fantastic. The only small downside is that there isn’t a real beach directly in front of the hotel, but there are nice beaches on both sides, and it’s still very easy to swim in the ocean."

"This hotel is great! We stayed here over Songhkran and the staff really involved us in the celebrating. The staff was generally so service minded and joyful. Our kids of 9 and 12 loved the water park and the family room close to the beach was newly renovated. Everything was 10/10 except maybe the food which could have been better. But there are other restaurants near by. "

"Har bott på Santhiya förut (kedja med 4 anläggningar). De har enormt hög service, ett lugn över hela anläggningen och är också bra vad gäller matallergiee då allt är uppmärkt. Lagar också till separata saker om man tex är nötallergiker men vill ha samma efterrätt. Bo i villa med pool access eller egen pool, vi hade båda två. Enda klagomålet är extremt hårda sängar, dock vanligt i Thailand."

"If you need a hotel on Koh Chang, Sylvan is your best choice! We stayed four nights and enjoyed every day of it. Make sure to book the Deluxe Beachfront room if you prefer close access to the beach and restaurant. Excellent and helpful staff. We booked a snorkel-boat and transfer to the next destination in the hotel reception. Everything went smooth. Very low tide in the afternoon/night time. Possible to walk along the beach to other restaurants without problem. "

"The Stage var bra. Sängen var lite hård men ändå bra. Mycket varmvatten. Vi bad om en vattenkokare och det fixade dom direkt. Poolen var skönt när man varit ute hela dagen. Inga mygg på vårt rum vilket var bra. Stora rum och stort säkerhetsskåp. Det som skulle kunna vara bättre än de väldigt farliga skruvarna som skulle hålla kvar golvet utanför rummen. De satt väldigt löst. Gick man barfota kunde man dra sönder underdelen av fötterna. Frukosten var enkel och det kunde finnas lite juice och yoghurt. Om man inte drack kaffe eller te så fanns där inget. Så inget för barn alls."
