My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city's vibrant center, making it easy to explore all the local attractions.
Ruby and the entire staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to offer advice and organize excursions, even multi-day trips. Their dedication to ensuring we had a great experience was truly impressiveâ
âIf not for the billing mistakes and claims for minibar (which were resolved) it would have been perfect. Don't tell the guest that the water and soft drink is complimentary in a suite when your staff then claims payment for this. â
âHaving access to a free washing machine and dryer was such a thoughtful touch.
The kitchen made it easy to prepare a quick breakfast before heading out to explore.

âAnd it's tiem biet (good bye) to our Ficus Suites Apartment that we stayed for the past 7 nights. It comes with a living room, dining room, kitchenette, and 2 bedrooms. The apartment is clean and bright and the aircon is adjustable the cold level we like for the very hot Hanoi weather.

"The hotel is in a great location on a little side street with very little traffic. The staff were very helpful and recommended what to do in Hanoi. The stairs and the common restroom were pretty dirty and worn and there was no soap either, and there were these little tiny flies in the elevator aswell. The room was kind of nice though and were clean enough but pretty old and worn out. The best thing was the beds. They were really comfy. The breakfast was alright even though you needed to walk like 100 meters to a different hotel because they don't serve breakfast at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. For the price, the stay was pretty decent I would say."
