“The cottage was lovely. It had everything we needed and more. The sandy beach was wonderful for the kids and the lake was great for swimming. It’s a beautiful spot with lots of privacy. Adrian was a great host and very helpful. ”

“Great quiet location away from the city. Cute little cottage - enough for a couple. Close to small town of Bala. Only issue was the heat in the living area. Need more heaters and blinds in the living room. ”

“The cabin was perfect for us and our dog. It is clean with plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen. The lake is gorgeous and so close to the cabin. Our dog loved romping in it every morning. Our host was kind and very responive. We'd totally stay again.”

“Loved this rustic boat house cottage in a quiet bay of Lake Rosseau - shallow water, great for swimming, can catch fish off the dock and comfy beds. Owner is very responsive and friendly - with lots of local knowledge. ”

“This is a beautiful cottage, clean, spacious and has a good size property with many trees which allows for privacy. The waterfront is beautiful, walk in shoreline and a dock. I would definitely stay here again. The host accommodated me and made sure everything was scent free which is very nice because many rentals say it will be scent free but isn’t. ”

“Was a fantastic few days at a beautiful spot. Was cozy and rustic as expected and lovely. Stayed in July and the cove had a nice wind tunnel effect and the cottage had windows on both sides which kept a nice breeze. Swimming was great with a soft sandy entry (some leaves but not weedy). Had very quick and detailed responses when any questions came up for the hosts. We had a great time and would come back again without hesitation. ”

“Had a wonderful 10-day trip for 5. Plenty of space, great views and clean property. Home is stocked with only the basics so ensure you bring everything you need. The inclinator is an easy way down to the dock but be careful if you take the stairs- they are steep and narrow. ”

“Location was superb, we loved all of the water toys. Kitchen and bedrooms were great. Short drive into Gravenhurst. We had a ton of fun! ”

“My wife and I decided to rent a cottage for 3 days while we explored Killarney Provincial Park and the surrounding area. This cottage was secluded with an abundance of privacy, acted as home-base as we went on countless hiking adventures and was picturesque on all accounts. The interaction with the owners/property managers was extremely easy and we are looking forward to returning in the near future. ”

“The property itself is stunning with exposure on a smaller bay and also the bigger lake. Facing south and west and east. Three different docks, a beautiful rocky point, so many great swimming options with deep water right off the property. There’s a beautiful mature perennial garden with stunning lilies and rhododendrons. Really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and pedal boats and there are canoes. Also an adorable kids safe waiting area for toddlers. Really a lot of privacy, a few friendly...

“Overall good! Only a few issues that came up. When we arrived the cottage floor was not well cleaned. The carpet had chips from the previous users. We also had a heavy rain which caused a washout of the driveway leaving a heavy crevice in the road. The owners of the cottage were not responsive to this issue. The waterfront was wonderful though and we overall had a good week. ”
