âIt was great, the hotel is a bit dated, but the room was very Clean & Specious. The Best Experience was the Customer Service. Heather received us at check in and She was Just Incredible, going that extra mile, which sadly enough is not so common now a days.â
âCheck in was very easy, personable, friendly. Morning breakfast server is efficient, very friendly and accommodating. She appreciated a tip claiming she never really is offered one!!â
âVĂ€ldigt dĂ„lig service. Skulle anvĂ€nda deras vending machine sĂ„ fick jag ingen vĂ€xel, frĂ„gade receptionen sĂ„ sa de att de kan inget göra inte deras tjĂ€nst och vad mig ringa, men om jag hade ringt sĂ„ hade min telefon kostnad blivit dyrare. Sen tvĂ€tt maskinenerna sönder och jag hade betalt de utan att deras funktion fungera. Bedrövligt, alltid litat pĂ„ best western som en safe kedja att bo pĂ„ men vad fel jag hade.â
âThe young lady on duty was very helpful and courteous, as we had some major family problems going on, but she showed souch care and concern. She made sure we were comfortable and never got tired of our questions or the many times we asked for help during our stay and my family 's phone calls. We really appreciated her.â

âI had an excellent stay here! The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of variety to start the day right. Parking was easy and convenient, which made everything stress-free. I also loved that there were some really good restaurants just a short walk or drive awayâlots of options depending on what you're in the mood for.
