“My second time staying here. Checked in easy enough with the accommodation across the road at the lodge. The room had nice décor although the bathroom looked a little tired. I used the onsite gym facilities which did not have a lot of people in and allowed me to use the work stations and benches when I wanted to. The shower was good, the bed very comfy and breakfast across at the clubhouse restaurant was very good. A lovely place to stay.”

“Charming and character-full hotel with lovely Enid Blyton memorabilia for those of us who have fond memories of growing up with her stories. The location is beautiful, across the road from the ocean and beaches, along with several excellent walks. My room was very comfortable and cosy with nice updates, although part of the charm of the hotel is its age which does show in some of the common areas. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, although a few more healthy options would be appreciated for...

“Beautifully located but extremely dated hotel. The room felt like a nursing home. There was zero water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was quite poor. Everything felt cheap and dated”

“The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The mattress was shockingly bad. You could feel and see every spring which creaked pinged and moved everytime you moved. The room also had mould on the ceiling and an awful smell of musky dampness. My friend had a much nicer room and their bed was okay so it’s luck of the draw I guess.”

“10 minutes a pieds des commerces. Personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner le choix pour tout le monde. Chambre et salle de bain bien mais manque un peu de modernisation mais sinon très confortable.”

“Fint hotell med väldigt bra läge! 5 minuter promenad till stranden och centrum. Rummet var stort och trevligt inrett. Tyvärr var det extremt varmt, men det fanns två fläktar som fick stå på dygnet runt. Hade även önskat en lite större frukostbuffé för det priset, men det fanns full English och den var bra. Kan definitivt tänka mig att bo här igen nästa gång jag besöker Bournemouth!”
