“Great hotel, good size rooms and great hospitality ”

“The Sugarbeat B&B is a great home from home, staff, food and service is top notch! Our room ‘Manilow’ was ok but noisy in the morning from 0700 with extractor fans for kitchens, plus doesn’t go off until 1100. The room low roof made it very difficult to relax, plus only one chair to watch tv or have a coffee in room. Cleanliness could be a little bit better with some stains and marks on furniture. Overall an excellent place and have booked again for April.”

“We stayed at Early of Derby for one night and it was perfect! Either a 30 min walk or 5 min uber into town, the location is great. Check in and check out was easy and seamless. The room was clean and had everything you need! They even left a little bag of mini eggs as we stayed on Easter weekend! We will definitely be staying here again. ”

“Comfortable cabins, and a fantastic home cooked breakfast. Yes, the drive is a bit potholed, but the welcome is second to none. I had a home cooked evening meal, which the host will provide for a reasonable cost. It is lovely to be out in the countryside - and I felt totally at home. Unfortunately I experienced a flat tire whilst there (a really old tire went pop) and the host was so kind - he sorted me out with a replacement tyre to keep me on the road for my meetings.
