“Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. ”

“Great property, accommodated 3 nicely. Lots of amenities (bikes, hammock, beach chairs and deck chairs) all very convenient to access. Location was great! Easy access to beach; good views of the ocean which could be heard throughout the home. Initially there was a modem issue which the owner promptly resolved. “We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted to take a few days away to celebrate our anniversary. The area was fantastic! Every time we left to go to another area we just wanted to turn around and go back. It was 2 blocks from the beach and the beach was really awesome here. Not too busy this time of year so I was able to long line our dog with 30 feet of leash and let him roam “free” without interrupting anyone. As for the house, it’s on a residential street and it was very quiet. It’s 2 blocks...
