“The front desk people were very slow and confusing. Apparently only one of the two people knew what they were doing but she wasn’t very friendly. No one answered the phones when we tried to contact them because housekeeping skipped our rooms the second day and we had no clean towels. The pool areas and the beach access were very nice. There was a lot of construction going on and machinery noise at night. Overall, it was okay but we will probably try somewhere else next time we visit.”

“Our stay at StayAPT was nothing like the description provided. The facility needs significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. The carpets were old, dirty, and dusty, making the room feel unkempt. The staff was generally unprofessional, with the exception of the manager/supervisor, who was helpful and courteous. “Very well restored building in the heart of downtown. Clean, comfortable,easy access, and an easy walk to all of the downtown activities.”

“My loft was not at the main location had to drive a couple miles away in random area beside industrial park behind police station. Room smelled like smoke and had no toiletries or hangers. Host responded to address on check-in but not thereafter to simple requests for toilet paper, also not provided. Place was tired and dusty. ”

“Property was clean and will appointed check in was easy and a good location for exploring the city with out a car. Location was different as it was on what appeared to be an ally but was a named street not actually on King. All in all very nice.”

“Loved the amenities here. Check in folks were lovely. Clean unit and spacious. Air conditioning broke but we were able to switch rooms. Shower faucet blew out of the wall and hit a family members leg. 2 fire alarms during stay with one at 4am. Virtually no plates, glasses etc in kitchen but otherwise nice unit.”
