“We were very pleased with the Villa. It was extremely clean. The linens and towels were of high quality. The Ocean view was awesome. Tracey and Steve take pride in this property. Although the kitchen area is small, it was perfect for two people. Parking was great either inside or in the lot. Having a gated property is also a bonus. I would recommend this Villa.”

“Very comfortable first floor one bedroom with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us on anniversary weekend. Step out the back door across the lawn to the boardwalk to the beach. Contactless checkin and checkout. Owner very good at providing needed information.”

“This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt....

“Great location, communicative managers, tools and main things that you need. Only 'issue' that is kind of to be expected with being a pet friendly place, is it has a bit of a pet smell but not awful. Overall, recommend it.”

“We booked 2 nights at the last minute. The location to the beach was perfect and condo was walking distance also to a well stocked store. Check in was very easy . Owner Brendan was very quick to respond when I had a question about check in and our overall experience was very pleasant. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware , utensils , glasses ,Etc. Overall this was a very comfortable accommodation. We would not hesitate to rent here again”
