“Desk staff Zak was friendly and well informed. The cleaning crew met our needs quickly and always greeted us as we walked around the hotel. Antonio was very welcoming and kept the breakfast area well supplied and cleaned. Parking was easy and convenient. Our room was clean and well supplied for our stay.”

“The key fob wasn’t working, had to ask them to replace it twice. I asked for the extra blankets as the existing one was smelly, but they said there was no housekeeping to provide it. Finally, the bathroom lock was broken.”

“The Heater in the room . didn't work. even after multiple complaints the heater was not fixed. I had to cover myself with 4+ blanket and 2 set of clothes to get some sleep. while the temp was at freezing outside on both nights. ”

“There was noise from the elevator so loud that the bed was shaking. This was going on every time someone used the elevator. And that was going on throughout the nights as well. Toilet was running and refilling constantly. ”

“Room was so hot. 75 degrees, we contacted the front desk and they told my husband to take it apart and try to fix it which made no sense.. like we're the guests!! Send maintenance to come and fix it! They told us there was nothing else they could do since what my husband did didn't work. ”

“Simple but ok for a quick stopover. We came with low expectations but just needed a place to stay the night after the flight. In the morning we continued. The service was nice and quick and the room simple but ok. Unfortunately there were disturbing talks in the hallway during the night, but apart from that we were satisfied. The price is low so for us this worked. WiFi worked and the room was clean. No breakfast. ”
