“Loved feeling of being in a charming farmhouse sited on rolling fields. Well equipped for family fun - swam and fished in the pond, gazed at the stars around a fire, played ping pong and enjoyed the hot tub. Near to Hancock the river. Highly recommend..”

“Stayed with family (adults + babies + dog) for 4 nights and had a great time. The house is very large with lots of room to spread out. The living room area is super comfortable. Location is quiet and a 30 min drive from some bigger/busier towns like Woodstock. There are endless books!! Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back for future getaways.”

“A group of six stayed here and had a wonderful time! The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. Super updated rental with plenty of bathrooms and beds for all. The kitchen and TV room were so open and perfect for hosting a group. Wish we had better weather to use the hot tub, but the back deck was lovely and a great space to enjoy. Great location too, about 15 mins or so from Hudson. Only a few questions popped up during our stay and each time Arpan was super responsive. 10/10 and we can’t...

“Came up to the area for live music. I had my daughter meet me there for the weekend so we can have peaceful quality time together. We accomplished that with this stay. We found our way to the river and spend most of our time chilling and catching up there. Bring bug spray! The cottage was just enough for our needs. We would recommend this retreat to anyone looking to unplug and regroup. We ourselves would stay again for sure!”
