“The inside of the place is designed really nicely with wood framing and rustic features. It's got a serious "hunting lodge" feel with guns on the walls and stuffed animals or skins everywhere. We were so excited to stay here for a wedding in the Catskills. The outside is just meh with a couple of dilapidated patios (no decks), a picnic table and a grill with no real landscaping. “Second time at this house. House was great, great location. Beautiful just walking down the road. There is a small waterfall a little more then a mile down Cape Horn road. House was fine for 7 people. We had good weather for April and were able to utilize the outdoor fire pit. If you are looking for a good restaurant, Tito Banditos in Pine Hill is a great spot. Solid Mexican food and great Margaritas. Can't wait to return in the fall! ”

“The RV is quite comfortable. We had all we needed. The hosts even bought us smores when we said we had forgotten to purchase them at the market. How sweet is that? The RV is located on the property next to the owner's home, which made us feel safe in an unknown area. Both the owner's home and RV however? are close enough to Hwy 17, that you can hear the traffic, BUT the hospitality of Mario and Harley far exceeded our expectations that the noise was of little consequence. :)”

“Wonderful property! The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of fun things for both the kids and adults to do. The riverside fire pit is amazing, as is the hot tub and lovely deck overlooking the river. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Great location near New Paltz and the state park. ”
