“Wonderful property in a picturesque location and host has great communication”

“Amazing place! Plenty of Room , wonderful amenities. Close enough to everything including mountains for snowboard/ skiing. Communication with host was excellent, extremely nice host. Everything was absolutely wonderful, we were a bigger group so enjoyed not many neighbors around to sing songs around the fire pit outside and not disturb anyone. Overall we hope to stay at this home again!”

“Happy Minnewaska is a great place for making memories! Our family really enjoyed our time there, relaxing, hiking in the surrounding area and making s'mores around the campfire. The house is just as pictured, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking, which is all we did. “Great home for entertaining large groups. We were pleasantly surprised to see many necessities were already there, ie. toilet paper, coffee filters, spices, ice making machine, laundry detergent, etc. The manager, Jack, was helpful and easy to reach out to. Would highly recommend.”

“This property is huge, clean, and gorgeous! me and my wife went for a mini vacation and we were blown away with this place! The host is a great communicator always responding quickly. The grounds are very relaxing, The hot tub is awesome, and the game room in the basement was a great chill. we definitely will be coming back!”

“We loved staying in this large home for a weekend wedding in the area. All couples had plenty of room, with a bathroom in every bedroom, comfy beds, lots of living spaces, and gorgeous views of the valley below. The fall colors were so pretty!”

“We did not end up staying at this property because the host cancelled on us the day before. He reached out 2 months prior to tell us his pool would not be available and offered us a 20% refund. But he never provided it and did not communicate about this again. When we followed up about it, he cancelled the whole stay and tried to get us to change properties last minute. This seemed very strange so we didn’t agree. We did eventually get a full refund after a LOT of back and forth but lost over...

“Came up to the area for live music. I had my daughter meet me there for the weekend so we can have peaceful quality time together. We accomplished that with this stay. We found our way to the river and spend most of our time chilling and catching up there. Bring bug spray! The cottage was just enough for our needs. We would recommend this retreat to anyone looking to unplug and regroup. We ourselves would stay again for sure!”
