“Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Kitchenette was useful for a multiple day stay. It was well stocked for our purposes. Room was clean. Hot tub was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“The pool was not what we considered heated. 72 degree was cold. Typical indoor pools are heated to 80-88 degrees. Swimming was not possible unless you want to do a polar plunge”

“Element hotels is my favorite hotel chain. Coming here felt like coming home. The room, cleanliness, breakfast, lobby/working area, amenities, the staff - everything is great. The only complaint I have is that the light inside the closet kept lighting up randomly at night making it hard to sleep, so I had to open the blackout curtain to avoid the constant shift in lighting - but would have preferred to have it dark. Would 100% stay here again and could not recommend it more!”

“My room was clean. I was there because of a dance competition so the hotel was very busy. Sadly, the dance studio is there did not clean up after themselves, but the staff did not clean it up either. The food service in the bar was absolutely horrible. I got raw chicken one night and shells in my eggs the next day. I stayed there because I have to not because I wanted to.”
