âIt was well maintained with good support staff. What I didn't like is the fact that I am supposed to give them 24 hours advance notice to clean my room.â
âElement hotels is my favorite hotel chain. Coming here felt like coming home. The room, cleanliness, breakfast, lobby/working area, amenities, the staff - everything is great. The only complaint I have is that the light inside the closet kept lighting up randomly at night making it hard to sleep, so I had to open the blackout curtain to avoid the constant shift in lighting - but would have preferred to have it dark. Would 100% stay here again and could not recommend it more!â

âEnjoyed our stay here, room is big enough for our toddlers to run around, itâs clean as well because I was conscious of that as I have toddlers, the breakfast options are great.. love itâ

âEtt helt OK hotell nĂ€ra Mall of Prussia. Ligger nĂ€ra motorvĂ€gen sĂ„ be om rum pĂ„ andra sidan. Balkong i vĂ„r rum!
Vi hade bett om rum pĂ„ "rĂ€tt sida" men det hade inte framförts till hotellet, som tur var kunde de lösa det! Damen i receptionen verkade först lite butter men insĂ„g sedan att hon hade rĂ€tt hĂ€rlig humor!â
âWe were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. â

"Mitt inne i stan finns detta hotell. Superfint omrÄde och lusigt nog en gata full med flaggor och vi sÄg Sveriges frÄn fönstret. Bra personal. Garage finns men man fÄr inte köra sin bil in eller ut, endast personal gör det, vilket var stressigt och osmidigt med vÀskor och barn. I övrigt bra. Frukosten kan ni skippa helt och köra utanför pÄ vilket rik som helst. BÄde godare, mer variation och billigare."
