Hotell nära The Collective: Grand Ballroom

“Location is great. Room in good size with everything you need while being in good condition and clean. Only two negatives really: 1. Close to none sound proofing, you can hear your neighbours or hallway conversations without an issue. And they will hear everything you do. 2. Parking is a bit overpriced with $15 + taxes per night. “Stayed four nights and had a good experience. Clean and modern room with all comforts needed. Good location near the Galleria.”

“Bra hotell - frukosten bör öppna 6.00 (inte 6.30)”

“I asked for an upstairs room and extra towels but did not receive either. Placed downstairs in the nightly rooms when I paid for a whole night. Brown dry substance smeared on the floor between the bed and mini fridge. 3 dingy pillows instead of 4 for King sized bed. Gaping gap under the door, a port for bugs, rodents and small animals. Decor was cute but unkept and did not smell pleasant. Smelled of smoke and some kind of oil. Suspect hidden cameras. Should be half the price that was charged....

“Excelente atención limpieza y habitaciones cómodas”

“Nice place to stay, clean and friendy staff. Offer a 2 mile complimantary shuttle service, which is nice but travel too short to make a difference. No stores close by except for the very expensive hotel shop. Overall I think this hotel might be a bit overpriced.”

“Checking was good. Room it's ok. You get what you pay for. No USB charging outlets. No hair conditioner, lotion is like water. Covers very simple, like one sheet. No duvet or comforter, just a pain fabric sheet. Mini fridge noisy.”
