Unhappy that when our grandchildren came, additional wristbands for the swimming pool were $10 each 😳 Also, surprised that when we initially entered our room, the bedroom window was wide open to the parking lot… no screen, so I did a quick double check of the room to be sure no one had entered our room from the outside (we were on the first floor… anyone could have entered without the front desk noticing. )”
