“The other visitors were very quiet. The house is super cool with the original molding flooring woodwork etc but has been restored. My room had a skeleton key and i couldnt figure out how to make it work and was too scared i would either lock myself in or out so i didnt use it and just trusted nobody would mess with anything. “The mansion is a beautiful, historic treasure. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and tasty, and the amenities were very nice. The proprietor generously shared her time talking about the history, the community, etc. Highly recommend for those who enjoy indulging in history and beauty during their stay.”

“Upon check in my covered in dust on every surface. Floor in room, bathroom and shower was so thick with dust and grit, that white socks were fility with grime. Call for cleaning and no came.0n second day shower was not drain propertly. Notice again. No clean floor or other surface. Just received fresh towels for the day. On day directly talk head of housekeeping. They were to take care of it right way. That was 9am. By 3pm still no service. Later the beds were change and fresh. But not floors...

“The first room they checked me into had very sticky floors, smudged, refrigerator, and dishwasher and a dirty interior of the refrigerator. The room just felt dirty. I was then switched to another room, which was much better but had a dresser that drawers hung out and wouldn’t close and broken hangers in the closet and a partially sticky floor.
