Staff at check in and check out were rude, "busy" despite no other guests being present, didn’t even offer token courtesies. “I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. “We spent two nights and had a pleasant stay overall. Very clean, beds where comfortable and it was quiet at night. The staff went out their way to accommodate us with a crib and Rhea was helpful at the front desk. About a 10 min walk to Notre Dame. Would stay again.”
