“We only stayed two nights, but it is in a good area and is walkable to Beal Street. The rooms are clean and the staff were very friendly. Was a little concerned about the railroad tracks on the backside of the hotel but I only heard one train a night and it was before midnight. The pool area needs some cleaning as a bit of a mess after the heavy rains. Overall a nice place to stay.”

“Pool rules are ridiculous. Kids shouldn’t have 2 be kicked out every night at 6:00. Also the lazy river is made to keep floating around in the circle not for people to stand there blocking it all up that you can’t pass in the rafts. Also don’t think it’s fair that people in the cabanas can hold onto their rafts all day long even though they not using them. Leaves people who want to float around and chill in the lazy river without rafts. Rule should be if you are not in the lazy river using...

“The room had dirty windows the blinds had holes, the floors were so dirty in room our feet turned black. The pillows were gross and cheap, my friend sliped and fell out of shower because the floors were coated with a weird substance that made it slippery. “Comfort of the bed was very important to me. You did not skip a beat. The staff and the atmosphere was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing, I love all of the options that you had provided. Housekeeping was very attentive to our needs and kept our room very clean and stocked with towels. I toured the city via the tour bus provided by the hotel, and that was awesome and very informative.
