“Staff was okay. Went to check in and waited an hr because rooms weren't clean. in my booking I requested a first or second story case of emergency since am in a knee brace I would not be able to take the stairs. A gentleman said he would take care of it and then a woman called me to check whom heard me tell the gentleman and told me I was on the 4th floor. I get in the room with my family for all to shower and we had 2 full sets of towels. My husband went down and was told they had none...

“I booked 2 rooms because my mom had to have surgery.. the hospital called the last minute and canceled the surgery. The hotel management would not agree to refund. Under the circumstances I would think they had a enough empathy & compassion not to charge us. That's over $300 that i can't get back..”

“This location was quite old, not well maintained in the room we stayed. Dresser drawer fronts were broken. There were candy wrappers found beside the couch. The beds were clean and comfortable, it’s just an old place. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but seemed short handed.”
