“Loa was wonderful. We have stayed at dozens of hotels over the years and this was one of the best. Everything is well Mai and very clean. We especially enjoyed the fragrance they use in the lobby and hallways. The pool was ver nice and the breakfast was fabulous. The staff we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.”

You need to fill out a form when you needed service or supplies. Otherwise no one checks the room for supplies or emptying trash because they bag whatever you want and leave it outside the...

“Our stay was somewhat disappointing. We asked for a quiet room but the female receptionist did not seem to care what she gave us. First, we got a room at second floor where we could hear the lift, then we got a room where there was some engine sound, probably from ground floor. Did not sleep much that night. Breakfast was nice, but this hotel is too highly priced compared to what you get.”

“Everything was great! Clean, nice rooms. Loved the convenience of having 3 beds, for larger families. Loved that the pool/hot tub is open 24/7, so if your coming in late and like to soak after a long day, your not on a time crunch to be out by 10:00, like every other hotel.
