“Room was very clean and temperature was comfortable. Parking was readily available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical quick breakfast, with egg casserole, sausage, muffins, toast, yogurt fresh coffee and tea.”

“Staff was excellent, breakfast was great with good variety, hot tub was nice could be a bit warmer. The room was not as clean as expected. Chips on the floor on room. Very dusty behind tv. Bed was great.”

“Very Helpful Staff”

“No toilet paper, there was a hole at the lock that was drilled out. The AC kept switching from AC to heat. There were ants in the kitchen area”

“Fint hotell som låg jättebra utifrån resans syfte. Helt ok frukost och personalen var otroligt service minded. Ett plus för gratis parkering då vi hade hyrbil hela resan. Härligt spa område som också ingick i priset. ”

“They were professional and the hotel was convenient and clean”

“Everything was exceptional. The food was simply amazing. Breakfast also so yummy. The only thing we were disappointed about was the hottub was not working. Did get repaired the next day. Ogelbay has really stepped it up since the remodeling. Can't wait to visit again!”

“Every thing”

“Well managed low budget hotel. Everything in the room was ok, I had a very minor issue that was fixed immediately. Toast, coffee, waffle, cereals for breakfast. Recommended if you just need an affordable place to stay and have reasonable expectations. ”

“It was very different from anything I've ever stayed in before. There was a cat inside the hotel and in my room the shower was missing the head and I found stink bugs in my room. Unpleasant stay.”
