“Great pet-friendly hotel! The area and rooms were clean and well-kept.”

“Our room was very clean, large (two queen beds), and modern. However, the room had no UBC outlets or 110V outlets available at bedside to charge your phone. Furthermore, there was no closet in the room to hang your clothes. Lastly, when we checked in at 5pm the 4:30am and 5:00am airport shuttles were full. We were forced to Uber to the airport. Having an airport shuttle was one of the reasons we chose the Hilton Paper Valley - Appleton.”

“This is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever encountered in my life. There were smears on the walls, trash and debris underneath the sink/counter, the air/heat didn’t work, window didn’t lock, unprofessionally hand written signs taped to all the things out of order and staff looked like they just came off the street corner. Also my deposit was not refunded until after I called to inquire about it. The whole place and its staff are sketchy!”

“This hotel is beautifully maintained. The lobby is pleasant, there is water and coffee available around the clock. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are seriously the nicest bathrooms we've ever had when traveling! Great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast is top notch-great assortment of quality food. I will definitely look for a Fairfield Inn again when traveling. Well done Marriott!”

“I cannot remember when I slept this good the last time. Beds are super comfy and the room was fantastic for that prize. The only bad thing I can say is the woman at the front desk who denied me an early check in without checking if it was possible and she did it in a very cold way.”

“The large pool area with the salt water pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my grandsons. The hot tub was large and very relaxing. The breakfast consisted of a waffle bar, another item my grandsons were extremely happy about. Our room was large and very comfortable. The staff that we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable.”

“Room not cleaned, staff literally just stared at me blankly when I tried to tell them about it. Breakfast sucks, only give you 2 towels for 2 people, and the rooms are actively falling apart. Desperately needs some updates and to find decent people to work there.”

“My stay was good, my only complaints were that the room smelled a little and that the carpet was not vacuumed as there was food crumbs and candy wrappers from the previous guest.”

“Unfortunately our stay from Thurs to Monday was overall disappointing. Our room had several problems: hair dryer didn't work, bathroom door was misaligned so difficult to open/close, drain in tub/shower was clogged, electrical outlets on bedside didn't work. The hot tub water was visibly dirty with particles looking like skin, pool water very cloudy. Only positive was employee let me use her own personal hairdryer on the weekend....”

“I had an early flight and breakfast was not available which was no problem. The free shuttle to ATW Appleton Airport was wonderful and very convenient. Vicki was right on time at 5:00 am. She had an earlier shuttle at 4:30 am, but made it back in time to pick me up. ”
