âWe had a lovely one night stay recently for a wedding we were attending in the rivercourt hotel, it was amazing value for money. The man dealing with us on check in was so so kind and chatty, we had arranged early check in prior to our stay and this was absolutely no problem which was great. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Such a great stay we will definitely be back again. Denise & James. â

Fick till och med vĂ„rt rum Ă€ndrat frĂ„n andra till första vĂ„ning dĂ„ min fru har ont i ett knĂ€ och har lite svĂ„rt att gĂ„ i trappor. Det fanns ingen hiss men mannen i receptionen hjĂ€lpte till och ordnade upp vĂ„ra vĂ€skor via mathissen. Mycket hjĂ€lpsamt!

âGreat modern hotel in a very small town off of the highway. We decided to stay somewhere outside of Dublin after visiting Dublin for a couple of days on our way further south to the Ireland coast. This was a perfect place for that. This was a perfect hotel for that. It was a very large facility with a great morning breakfast and a nice onsite bar and restaurant. Would definitely recommend this place when exploring the countryside in the area.â

All of the staff, without exception, have been kind, compassionate and gracious without intruding, but we have experienced their kindness in so many ways during our time here, too many times to mention each one.
We had chosen a suite to stay in this time; it was clean and perfect for all we had to do, including the to-ing and fro-ing of all the funeral arrangements and calls. The room was quiet and comfortable, and my wife LOVED the bath, which she enjoyed in the evenings after the difficulties of running around arranging the funeral.
One evening, our last night, we ordered food and drinks. The food and drinks were 'lost' in the system and delayed. When we mentioned it, we were given our food for free and multiple apologies from the staff.
Can I say whoever trains these staff does a fantastic job? I like that they have the autonomy to fix things or make decisions that keep the customer happy.
We will visit Kilkenny regularly and in favour of more trendy or even expensive places we will come back to the Pembroke again because of our fantastic and memorable experience here"
