“Very nice house in a wonderful location. It is showing signs of wear that the owner needs to address. Parking – garage is a bonus. Access alley is narrow and it can be very difficult to enter the garage – minivan just fit AC – no central AC. A wall unit is in the upstairs hall and 2nd unit in dining rm window. Visited during 93F temp and could stay reasonably cool if keep bedroom doors open Cleanliness –good surface cleaning. On closer inspection - mold growing in the drying rack, dirty...
