“Enjoyed everything”

“Love staying here, but the perfume or what ever smell they have when you walk in, is overpowering. Turn up the heat in a pool.”

“Unfortunately the pool was way too busy for me to use, as I believe there were sport teams staying at the same time, so I wish there was a bigger pool. The gym was good though. Breakfast was only so so, and too salty. Room was clean and staff were good.”

“Room seemed clean but was pretty basic for a suite. Bathroom was dark due to poor lighting and shower was cold and had very small shower head. Absolutely no extras in the room like pen, paper, ice bucket or a cloth for the sink. Pool was clean and good temperature but towels were hard to come by. Breakfast was just ok and could use more options including healthier options. We found the breakfast ended much earlier than any other hotel we’ve stayed at and the staff really pressured you to leave...

“The whole two days and nights were great. The staff was wonderful and helpful . Complimentary breakfasts were really good. Cleanliness excellent and loved the big, bright rooms and beds were comfortable. When in GP, this will be our go-to hotel as long as it remains the same as it's kept the same way. It's a beautiful place to stay. Thank you.”

“Front desk was very good . If I check into a hotel that advertised a pool, I expect a pool or a discount to compensate. Van Houte coffee is horrible! We expect it in a low budget roadside motel, but not a better hotel. We went to Safeway and bought our own pods. We were astonished to find that housekeepers did not refresh the room on day 2. We travel all over the world and expect better than soggy towels waiting for us. The blankets were slightly thicker than the sheets. Do better!”
