âThe hotel was VERY nice, as was the staff. We had a drafty window on the second floor, but that was literally our only minor complaint. Everything was lovely and we would absolutely stay here again. The area is fantastic; there is a lot to do and feels generally safe.â

âWe typically stay at a similar competitor hotel when we come to Victoria but we found the Pendray was superior for a similar price. The breakfast was inventive and delicious and the rooms were large and quaint. We will be back.â

âThe Empress is just what one would expect from this very special chain of hotels - elegant, historic, classy, with excellent staff (particularly in the Gold level).
