“A great place to start a tour of the Gaspesie. The submarine "Onondaga" and lighthouse are amazing and the musee for the "Empress of Ireland" was excellent! The only small issue is the proximity of the house to the highway and traffic noise. ”

“Extremely comfortable and well appointed home in Grandes Bergeronnes. A short drive to Essipit (whale watching and interesting Archeology and Nature museum), Tadoussac and Les Escoumins. Excellent restaurant within walking distance. Hosts were very helpful with suggestions. If they wish to be bothered less by rent it’s, they could leave info for wifi etc in the house.”

“We were visiting relatives in area. Alexandre was very helpful with putting the heat on. He also helped with luggage as the entrance stairs were tricky for 80 year olds. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, very clean. Shower is small. Area was nice and we would have enjoyed more in the summer. Restaurant next door was closing for the season as we’re leaving. ”

However, this is the first gite we have stayed in where there was no binder/notebook with information about the appliances, attractions in the local area, etc; there was no mention of organics disposal. The lighting was generally poor, ie only one bedside lamp, not two, poor lighting in the main living area. If these were corrected, the rating would be higher. It would have been helpful to have directions to property a week or...

“I recently stayed at this place and had a pleasant experience. The highlight of my visit was the spacious rooms, which were incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. They provided plenty of space to relax and unwind, making my stay truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the communication was almost nonexistent. I sent three messages on the Expedia app, but I received no response at all.”
