“Tv didn’t work. Asked front desk to not maid service room, they did it anyway the first day. Didnt the rest of my stay. Back stairwell to the building was absolutely filthy. They obviously never clean it. When I booked the room online, it said it was a two star room. That’s being generous. Cheap room, you get what you pay for….”

“The hotel was pretty nice but the guy at the front counter wasn’t great. Our first room smelled really musty so we asked for a different room. He came up to smell the room after giving us a different room. The new room’s bathroom door was locked and we asked him to unlock it. He never came to do it. “Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!”
