“Breakfast was not available due to restaurant renovations. Staff were more than helpful in suggesting possible temporary alternatives, so no complaints on this front.”

“This is our second stay at this hotel. Its rooms have been modernised but still show a hint of their earlier days which is a look I like. Great shower and small kitchen area for a morning wake up cuppa. Heaps of restaurants nearby and of course the bars downstairs. Even though the rooms are above the bars it’s not noisy at all. ”

“Quite good for the price. I was on level 3 and the lift stops at level 2, so I had a labyrinthine walk followed by stairs to get to my room. Room had 2 single beds rather than a queen size. No TV or fridge provided, although I’m told some of the pricier rooms had them. Some street noise during the busier nights in town. One shortfall is that there is no mechanism for guests to enter the building after hours, meaning that if you take in the nightlife, it can be difficult to get back to your room....

“Det var lätt att ta sig med bil till hotellet. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Det fanns ett bra köpcentrum på gångavstånd men inga sevärdheter. Vi betalade extra till Hotels.com för kontinental frukost men kände oss lurade. Den bestod av en rumstempererad låda med juice, flingor, mjölk och en muffins som man fick i handen vid receptionen. Inte ens kaffe eller te ingick.”

“Personalen i receptionen var väldigt trevliga men skicket på hotellet var helt förfärligt. Smutsigt slitet och en stinkande heltäckningsmatta. Fönstren i vårt rum var täckta av svarta rullgardiner . Fönsterna var då smutsiga bakom dem så det gick inte att se ut.Rummet vätte även mot en bar gata så det gick inte att sova pga allt oväsen. Finns inget som stämmer med bilderna . Fy ! Åk inte dit .”

“Has to go through a long and arduous pre check in process which was totally in expected. It was especially stressful when this happened during a road trip with limited wifi access. The crockery was quite greasy and some of the linen was stained. ”

“All good but for Foxtel remote not working. Staff member tested and said IR receiver was faulty and maintenance would attend the following day. Never happened! Changing channels involved poking the remote behind the tv to signal the box in the cupboard. I know, first world problem, but why promise what you don't follow up on and make it happen? You know who you are, grey hair and glasses. ”
